all you can eat

there are two things that always happen when i visit utah. i eat and i sleep. my family brought be to this all you can eat sushi place called "sushi ya" after i ran my half marathon last october.. wasn't the best idea because i hurt inside and out that day. i wanted to go there again since i was my normal self. it was so good. unfortunately, i wasn't able to come home and crash this time. i had two doctor appointments that included getting three shots, a mole removed.. and the dreaded pap smear. lucky me huh? i made up for it with ice cream and a full house marathon :)
